Why is my alert delayed?

What delay usually means

Alert delay usually comes from a platform event delay, a reconnecting account, a network pause, or a local audio/output queue. Konduit shows the live operations timeline, but it still depends on each connected service exposing the event.

Before the show

Run a test alert before a high-pressure session. Confirm the event appears in Konduit, then confirm your production setup hears the sound.

During the show

If one platform is delayed and the others are normal, refresh that platform connection first. If every platform is delayed, check local network state and whether the app was backgrounded during a long system sleep.

Send support@konduit.gg the platform, event type, viewer-facing timestamp, Konduit timestamp if visible, and app version.
