The subscription, trial, cancellation, and acceptable-use terms for Konduit customers.

Subscription
Konduit launches at $10/mo or $99/year after a 14-day trial. Paid access renews until canceled through the account billing controls.
Trial and cancellation
The launch trial is intended for evaluation of the full product. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid continuing into paid access. Canceling after paid access begins keeps access active through the current billing period.
Refund posture
Refund requests are reviewed by Refec Publishing LLC. Approved refunds depend on account history, payment processor constraints, and whether a charge was accidental or tied to service availability.
Platform responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for complying with Kick, YouTube, Twitch, Rumble, Streamlabs, and other connected service terms when using Konduit.
Service changes
Konduit may add, remove, or adjust features as platform APIs, customer needs, and launch readiness change.
