Terms of Service

The service

Konduit is a livestream command center: it unifies chat, alerts, donations, and streaming tools across Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and Rumble in one desktop app for macOS and Windows.

Your account

You need an account to use Konduit. Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the streaming platforms you connect, whichever is higher).

Subscription and billing

Konduit costs $10/month or $99/year, with a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms as they apply to payment processing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime through the Manage Subscription option in the app, which opens your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If you cancel during the trial before a charge fires, you won't be charged.
• Prices may change; we'll give existing subscribers notice before a change affects them.

Third-party platforms

Konduit connects to services you already use — Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Rumble, Streamlabs. Your use of those platforms through Konduit remains governed by their own terms:

• By using Konduit's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy describes how Google handles your data. You can revoke Konduit's access to your Google account at Google's security settings page.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of every platform you connect, including their community guidelines and content policies.
• The platforms are not our partners and we don't control them. If a platform changes or restricts how third-party tools connect, features that depend on it may stop working. We'll work to restore or replace affected functionality, but we can't guarantee any platform integration will remain available.

Acceptable use

Don't use Konduit to:

• Spam, harass, or send messages that violate a connected platform's rules
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the software
• Interfere with the operation of the service or circumvent feature restrictions

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

Messages you send and settings you create are yours. You grant us no rights to your stream content — Konduit processes it on your device to provide the features you use.

Software license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Konduit app for your own streaming activity while your subscription (or trial) is active.

Disclaimers

Konduit is provided "as is." Livestreaming involves many moving parts we don't control — platform outages, API changes, network conditions. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refec Publishing LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from interrupted streams.

Termination

You can stop using Konduit and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (limitation of liability, disclaimers) survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
