Konduit app data lives under the user Library application-support folder. Support requests should ask for the smallest relevant log excerpt, not the whole application-support directory.

Windows
Windows builds should store app data under the user's application data folder. Confirm the exact path from the installed build before publishing a customer-facing copy/paste path.
What to include
Include the app version, operating system, time of issue, platform affected, and the smallest log window around the issue. Do not send OAuth tokens, cookies, or private chat exports.
Rotation
Logs should be rotated by the app and trimmed before support sharing. If a log grows unexpectedly, treat it as a bug and file it with the app version.
