Building Konduit: notes from a creator who needed a command center

Konduit started from a practical problem: live creators were managing chat, alerts, commands, and platform state in too many separate surfaces.

The product keeps OBS and the creator's capture setup in place. Konduit focuses on the operating layer around the live session.
